Entitled “Employee-initiated Spend - You can’t control what you can’t see’, our seminar was successfully held on 22 Oct 2019 at SAP Hong Kong office located at Causeway Bay. We were glad to see the excited participation of our clients coming from different professions including finance, IT, Admin & Operations and Procurement.

Through this opportunity, Victor Hui, solution consultant from SAP Concur delivered a speech on Intelligent Spend Management. It is now a challenge that the associated solution is trying to tackle. Employees today spend more freely than ever, no matter it is on travel, expense or supplier purchases. It makes visibility and cost control difficult for organizations that is lack of a standardized spend management solution.

We were truly grateful to have one of our customers, Gabriel Chan, Head of global IT from GAW Capital shared with the attendees about the pain points and business challenges that they used to encounter before using SAP Concur and highlighted how and why they appointed us finally.

The latter part of the seminar was joined by our partner, Tiong Wee Poh, Associate Partner, Risk Advisory, and Tom Shek, Risk Advisory from Ernst & Young Advisory Services Limited. They elaborated on the risk and compliance in expense management such as foreseeing and solving non-compliance and fraud in advance.
